I used to use the Relax for almost 2 years and that worked well for sleep but then started to lose its efficacy. My husband said it’s always good to take a break and retry at a later date. This time I tried the CBN and that seems to be working well too! Remember it’s not a pill so you still have to do everything you can to relax to help things along by taking stress out of your life. I definitely recommend either!

So thankful to have a natural way to calm my overactive mind and bring on sweet sleep. I keep the bottle of shhh distilled cbn + CBD right by my bed. The liquid dropper makes it easy to dispense the liquid in my mouth even in the dark.
