Actor & Comedian Adam DeVine Partners With Cann For “Blue Rhudbarry” THC & THC-Less Beverages

You might have known him for his iconic big-break role in Pitch Perfect or his many comedic ventures later on; actor Adam DeVine recently partnered with Cann, the top cannabis beverage company in California. 

The new beverage in collaboration between Cann and DeVine is currently available on the country’s leading and largest cannabis delivery service, Eaze. 

The limited-edition beverage, Blue Rhuberry, is available in a 4-pack of “Hi-Boys” and contains a microdose content of 5mg THC per can. The natural flavors inside the beverage feature rhubarb, raspberry, and blue butterfly pea tea. 

In similar, exciting news, a recent press release explains that Cann will launch its “Dry Boy” Unspiked version of Blue Rhudberry for consumers around the nation. This is the first time Cann has ventured into non-infused beverages while branching out into other states. 

In some appropriate DeVine-esque marketing tactics, Cann launched a series of tongue-in-cheek advertisements on April 1, written alongside Paul Scheer and Adam Newacheck. The advertisements capture the epitome of DeVine’s dry humor while showing viewers both versions of the new Blue Rhudberry beverages. 

“As a long-time investor in weed and Cann, I’m excited to partner with them on two new beverages – one with cannabis and one without the fun,” DeVine explains.  

Jake Bullock, Co-Founder of Cann, mentioned that “We didn’t intend to turn this collaboration into a national launch, but when we tasted the flavor, we knew it was so good that it had to be made in Unspiked. Thus, the dry boy was born.”

Cann Co-Founder Luke Anderson says, “Adam was one of our earliest advocates and has been a trusted creative collaborator for years. We are so excited to have him front-and-center for the first time on what is undoubtedly our weirdest product yet.”
