Ingredients:

• 1 refrigerated pie crust package
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stalks, diced
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons of everything
• All-purpose flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/2 cup cannamilk

Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 375 °F.
2. Use one of the pie crusts to line a 9-inch pie pan.
3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook until the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic are cooked, about 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and mix well.
6. Add the chicken broth and cannamilk, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano, and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
7. Stir in the chicken and peas to mix.
8. Pour the mixture into the pie plate that has been prepared.
9. Crumble the edges of the remaining pie crust over the top.
10. Make a few slits in the pie crust’s top to allow steam to escape.
11. Brush the top with egg wash and season with salt and pepper to taste.
12. Bake the crust for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown.
13. Set aside to cool before serving. Enjoy!
