I just purchased this device. I don’t see a single reference in the guide about how to use this device for concentrates. There are no additional concentrate cups either. I searched through everything and there are no directions on how to use it for concentrates. It’s brand new and I don’t want to potentially damage it but I’m

Looking to buy POTV XMAX V3. I see which extra batteries fit this. Do you sell a 2 cell charger for these batteries? Also are these 20a batteries and would 18650 3200mah 40a batteries last longer between charges or damage product? Thanks for any help.

I recently purchased the XMax V3 pro and just got around to opening it for vacay. I primed the unit, and then just dropped the dosing capsule into it, with no herb. I now, can not get it out. I have tried shaking it loose, but it won’t budge. Can you please help me with this

Are the screens for XMAX V3 Pro oven still available?
Mine came with two spares, and I had already lost one. I ordered a screen pack, but that came only with mouthpiece screens.
Are the oven cleaning instruction on Reddit, posted 4/29/2023, the new normal instead of having a removable screen?
