Seems to clam me down during the day

I go to sleep quickly and sleep more deeply and wake up refreshed. I also think it’s helping systemically with some arthritis pain. But I have weird and vivid dreams all night - not sure if that’s because I’m finally sleeping or if it’s a side effect.
