Great for relaxation!
I normally take 50mg, though I've been taking only the one 25mg capsule of this. With the extra ingredients, I seem to fall asleep faster and be more relaxed.

Sleepless In Pennsylvania
I struggle with getting a decent night's sleep and found these to be very helpful. I take one before I settle in for the night watching TV and before I am ready to go to bed, I am much more relaxed and able to be calm and drift off to sleep.
