I was having trouble going to sleep for a few weeks. This is not normal for me. My granddaughter suggested I take CBD before bed and it worked.

The CBD sleep capsules WITHOUT Gaba I think works better. Although the Gaba shouldn't make you alert, I just find the other works better.
