I decided to try these in an attempt to get away from a prescription that wasn't really helping much anyway, and I'm so glad I did. No more prescription with negative side effects, and these work better than the prescription did anyway! I take one of these capsules in the morning and a Relax Bear in the evening and both really help me get through Very happy with these!
