This a very convenient way to take my daily nighttime dose of CBD oil. I find it helps to relax me so I can fall asleep easier. If we can ever travel again, packing the capsules will be much easier than the liquid CBD oil. Definitely recommend.

Product works well. Lightweight capsule that I take with applesauce as water doesnt get it down for me. Slight aftertaste. That being said, I have no complaints.
