I have been using this for two months now and although I bought it for my RA pain, which it doesn’t really help. It DOES relax me, helps me sleep. I get a nice little buzz from it. The best part to be honest although it doesn’t help w my pain I don’t care about it for a while. It takes about 2 hours to hit me. The taste is great- there’s a slight I have been using this
