I cut one in half, and it took effect after about an hour and a half or so, maybe less, and lasted for a couple hours, I took it before bed and slept better than usual, so was pretty good. And the times since then you can feel it working, mostly relaxing over any sensation. I do wish they had reports for heavy metals and It works, that's for sure.
