Great sleep aid!

Sleep tight, not alway.
It works if I go to sleep 20 minutes after taking the gummy. If I wait a little longer, it doesn't help me fall asleep.

Pricey but pretty good!
I really like that this product has L-theanine in addition to melatonin and CBD! It definitely helps me relax and calm down. I do need to take an extra melatonin in addition to the gummy, just because 3mg isn't enough for me; while it does help me fall asleep on its own, It doesn't do much to *keep*
