Exactly as described, great product. Just like they say “DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU’RE NOT WILLING TO PERFORM THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE.” Trust me lol, it’s going to need hot water baths a few times before you finish it unless you smoke like a chimney each sitting. Nevertheless not difficult, just a bit annoying. Great product though. My advice to anyone to fix a crystallized cart is to get 2 sandwich ziploc bags, put your pod inside one in the bottom corner of the bag, and put that bag inside the 2nd bag. Then get a coffee mug and fill it with warm water, microwave it for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Pull the coffee mug out carefully cause it’s gonna be hot, set it down and submerge the bag with pod into the water and let it stay there for about 2 minutes. After that pull out the bag, take out your pod and the oil will be VERY thin. Move it around real good so it mixes well and it should look beautiful with a gold color but clear, clean oil. If it still has any crystals or cloudiness, repeat this process and you definitely will have a crystal clear pod again. After that PLEASE let it sit upright and cool off before attempting to use or dry hit because the oil will be VERY thin and can either clog or shoot right in your mouth and it’s unpleasant.
