Good product overall, very useful

I love the product, I really do. I just had to buy extra batteries bc (like all batteries this size) the life of these size ones are just ****. Not the companies fault IMO. So yeah just buy two batteries so you can always have one charging. Oh and I’d splurge on the bigger tank too. I did simply so I wouldn’t have to fill them as much. Highly recommend if you enjoy making your own juice. It’s amazing on that for sure!

I spent a lot of time checking reviews - from MANY different makers for vape pens... taking into account battery life, quality of vape the pen produces, ease of use - and extras and this was the one i went with. I've had it a couple months and as great as all the reviews were - it still exceeded expectations. A

This is a great little vape. It seems to be solidly built. Instructions are simple and clear. All functions work as indicated. I, absolutely, love the atomizer. The ability to vape both E-juice and oil with the same atomizer is a big plus. Well done! Linx

Nice little vape, handles thicker oils well

I love the size and the quality of the Hermes 3! It functions well and is one of my favorite oil pens for CBD vape oil. Has great flavor. Looking forward to getting the Hypnos zero and eden soon!!

Quality Pen = Quality Smoke.

This is, by far, the best refillable vape pen I've purchased. It gives a nice, smooth draw. The only draw back to it is the gasket at the top of the atomizer (the one the mouthpiece screws over). I have not been able to find any cleaning instructions for this pen and if you try to refill it without cleaning that gasket it ends up sticking to the mouthpiece as your tightening it and can tear. After that gasket tears, the pen leaks. I accidentally tore the gasket on my .5 gram tank (thankfully I also purchased the 1 gram tank with it), it was constantly leaking through the air vents under the atomizer and would eventually clog up the mouthpiece to the point where i was getting oil on my lips and in my mouth. After that I noticed the gasket was missing so I switched to the 1 gram tank. Since using the 1 gram talk I noticed the gasket squeezing out the bottom of the mouthpiece as I would tighten it. I've found the only way to stop this is to use a toothpick and carefully remove the gasket, clean it and put it back in place. Now the only issue I have is the mouthpiece getting clogged with oil. Cleaning instructions would be great. Also being able to purchase new gaskets instead of a new tank would be great.

Small, inconspicuous, powerful, only one thing bothers me, and it’s the fact that there is no cover for the mouthpiece, other than that this thing rocks...
