Great product. Opened the package and the unit was fully charged. Sleek and compact carrying case. I've only used the high voltage mode as the oil I'm using is pretty thick. Blows clouds without a hitch! I definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the Hermes 3. 🥰 First of all, I love the packaging. The black case is thin and discrete (a little bigger than the palm of my hand). It can easily fit inside a pocket, purse, or small drawer. The back of the case has the website's URL printed on it, which includes the word "vapor", but it can be hidden with black tape / stickers / etc. if that's something you're concerned about. As a first time user, I was a bit intimidated about assembly. However, it was super easy and intuitive. You just remove the plastic covering on the end of the atomizer and screw it together! 1-2-3 and bam. Likewise, you unscrew the atomizer and replace it with the USB to charge it. Once the pen is assembled, it's about the size of a Sharpie. All of this can be found within the user manual along with some other cool features. The manual is straight to the point and easy to understand (with graphs!), so you don't have to worry about skimming through paragraphs of confusing jargon. Just a heads up - my Hermes 3 didn't start producing vapor until about two hours after its first fill. If yours doesn't immediately start producing vapor, wait it out for a while and try again! I'm really happy with my purchase and 100% recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a refillable vaporizer.

Blows clouds. The sesh mode is great. Very discreet and small. Doesn’t visually resemble a cart at all. Looks like a salt-Nic device out in public.
