How Do You Get THCP? Where To Buy It And What To Expect

The complete guide on the strongest THCP products and how to get them shipped to your door.

THC-P has always been in a league of its own.

As one of the strongest cannabinoids available, THC-P isn’t for the newly debuted weed user—this is a heavy-hitting compound made for those with a serious tolerance.

But with great potency comes great responsibility—and a little bit of a scavenger hunt. Not every dispensary carries THC-P, and not every brand gets it right. Since THC-P is a relatively newer cannabinoid, it’s important to get it from reputable, trusted brands that actually take safety seriously.

So where do you find both safe and strong THC-P products, like vapes, edibles, or flower that can be delivered right to your door?

Simple—read on.

How Strong Is THC-P?

To truly understand the potency of THC-P, it often takes comparison to the classic psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, Delta-9 THC.

While regular THC is known for its wave of euphoria and relaxing or stimulating effects, THC-P takes those effects and multiples them. THC-P is much stronger than its counterpart Delta-9 THC, with research highlighting an estimation of up to 33 times more potent.

But how does that work? It comes down to bioavailability and efficient binding to endocannabinoid receptors. THC-P can bind to the brain’s CB1 receptor tighter than Delta-9 THC, thanks to THC-P’s longer alkyl side chain that contains two more carbon atoms than classic THC.

To put it simply, your mind and body have a stronger reaction to THC-P because there’s more of it for your endocannabinoid receptors to work with, compared to Delta-9 THC.

How Long Does THC-P Last?

Like Delta-9 THC, the duration of THC-P’s effects varies depending on which consumption method you’re using.

As a general rule of thumb, it’s a good idea to treat THC-P similarly to Delta-9 THC when it comes to expecting its onset of effects and the actual experience itself.

Here’s an even deeper breakdown of the duration of THC-P’s effects:

Inhalation (Smoking, Vaping): The effects kick in instantly and last for 30 minutes to two hours.

Edibles: Similar to regular edibles, it takes roughly 45 minutes to 2 hours for the full effects to kick in, which lasts anywhere from 4-8 hours.

Sublingual (Tinctures): THC-P distillate takes effect almost immediately—within 15 minutes. It often lasts longer than other consumption methods, around 1-8 hours, depending on dosage and tolerance.

Wondering how you’ll feel on THC-P? If you’ve experienced Delta-9 THC, that’s a great start. THC-P users often experience the following:

  • Intense Euphoria: Starting in the mind and settling throughout the body.
  • Heightened Sensory Perception: That feeling of being so stoned that you start noticing new sounds in your favorite songs? Feeling your clothes rubbing against your skin a little too much? It’s very much that, x10.
  • Deep Relaxation: If Indica was a cannabinoid, it would be THC-P. Since it’s incredibly potent and immersive, it can be downright exhausting after a couple of hours. Even settling into the trip offers a deep sense of bliss.
  • Stronger Psychoactive Effects: If Delta-9 THC is level one, then THC-P is the final boss. Expect effects roughly 33x stronger than classic THC.

When it comes to potential therapeutic benefits, THC-P might come in handy—especially when used with other cannabinoids for a full-spectrum entourage effect. Those benefits may include:

  • Pain relief
  • Nausea relief
  • Sleep assistance
  • Anti-inflammatory properties

Where To Buy THC-P

The internet makes it easy to buy just about anything, but when it comes to one of the strongest cannabinoids out there, you don’t want to grab the first product that pops up in your search results.

Since THC-P occurs in tiny amounts naturally, most products rely on a careful laboratory process to synthesize and concentrate it for products like vapes and disposables. And let’s be real—this isn’t the kind of thing you want rushed or lazily done. Proper formulation takes skill, precision, and brands that actually know what they’re doing.

That’s why we keep our trusted THC-P brand list extremely short, and at the top is Looper. They offer a huge menu of THC-P disposables and THC-P vape cartridges across a long list of strains and collections.

Although this brand was only founded in 2021, it’s gotten itself a rock-solid reputation within the cannabis community, which majorly comes down to their high-quality THC-P products.

After some trial and error (all in the name of research, of course), we finally landed on the best THC-P disposable vape of 2025

Best THC-P Disposable

If you like sweet-tasting vapes, you’ve got to try the Looper Reserve 1G: Zoap Strain, packed with THC-P.

This balanced hybrid strain has some of the most interesting flavors I’ve ever experienced, thanks to parent strains Zkittlez and Pez. Expect daddy Zkittles to power through with vibrant notes of sweet fruit while Pez smacks that palate with candy-like flavors.

Dominant terpenes include:

  • Limonene
  • Caryophyllene
  • Myrcene
  • Pinene

The high on this disposable is insanely strong. One draw hit harder than multiple pulls from a regular THC pen, and I’m convinced it’s the THCA and HHC combo leveling things up.

  • THCA: The legal version of Delta-9 THC. Delta-9 THC starts as non-psychoactive THCA, which turns into Delta-9 THC through decarboxylation. Both cannabinoids produce the exact same effects.
  • HHC: Another legal cannabinoid that offers a mild, clear-headed buzz with focused and motivating effects.

What really sold me was that it actually felt like smoking flower. Most disposables try, but this one actually delivers that full-bodied cannabis high—not just some weak, flavor-packed vapor.

All in all, this Looper vape didn’t let me or my tolerance down.

Is THC-P Natural?

Yes, THC-P is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. Because it’s naturally occurring, it falls under the classification of a phytocannabinoid.

However, it’s not necessarily the most abundant cannabinoid in cannabis. THC-P is only found in trace amounts and there simply isn’t enough to extract to make enough THC-P products to scale in the weed market.

So, as we mentioned, brands make it through laboratory synthesis (see below).

How Is THC-P Made?

THC-P is very similar to any other cannabis extract on the market. Here’s how THC-P is made:

Extracting CBD: THC-P starts as high-quality CBD extracted from hemp plants.

Purification: Once extracted, the CBD goes through a refining process to clean it up and produce pure CBD isolate.

Chemical Conversion: Here’s where things get sciencey (and completely safe). All cannabinoids are made up of a series of carbon rings and side chains. So, chemically altering CBD to THC-P only takes extending CBD’s alkyl side chain.

Final Purification: The last step is to run the resulting THC-P through more purification to ensure it’s potent and ready for store shelves. Most THC-P distillates reach over 95% purity.

Is THC-P Safe?

When it comes to the general safety of THC-P in regards to it being chemically synthesized in a lab—yes, THC-P is safe to consume.

It’s no different than consuming other cannabis or hemp extracts. The only difference is the altering of CBD’s alkyl side chain. Remember, chemists are only altering this formula—not adding anything potentially harmful to your health.

However, there are other things to note in regard to the safety of your experience with THC-P:

High Potency: Since it’s so potent, the effects of THC-P can be overwhelming. Always start low and go slow with this cannabinoid, no matter which consumption method you’re using.

Additional Side Effects: The usual side effects of Delta-9 THC, like elevated heart rate, dry mouth, and paranoia, are often stronger with THC-P. However, they are easily avoided through controlled, responsible use.

Drug Tests: Don’t use THC-P if you have an upcoming drug test. Since its chemical structure is similar to Delta-9 THC, it might trigger a positive result.

Is THC-P Legal?

Looper’s THC-P products are legal to ship to most states in the USA. Even though it’s stronger than Delta-9 THC, it falls under a legal loophole.

Hemp products are considered federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill if they contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Since Looper’s THC-P products are made from hemp-derived CBD, and they technically don’t contain Delta-9 THC, they’re clear to ship nationwide.

But laws change like the seasons. That especially extends to state and county laws. Always check with your local laws and regulations to determine if THC-P (or hemp products in general) are legal to ship to your door.
