Bryden Stokes is a renowned health and pharmaceutical product distributor in the Caribbean market, and Avicanna’s new partnership agreement with Bryden Stokes will help the company distribute its medical formulary Rho Phyto line of products into the Caribbean region. The initiative will begin with three product SKUs.
The new partnership will mark the 13th international market to which Avicanna’s many products have been exported. This also marks the third country that will have Rho Phyto’s medical products available.
Bryden Strokes has built a vast network and sales infrastructure in the Caribbean. With the new distribution partnership, Rho Phyto products will be available to the medical community and patients in the region, beginning with Barbados.

Not only will Avicanna be selling its modern and evidence-based products, but it will continue creating a broad education platform that focuses on patient support, marketing, and training. Canada’s Avicanna recently partnered with Medipharm labs, a leading pharmaceutical cannabis manufacturer.
With the other new partnership with Medipharm Labs, Avicanna successfully exported the first batch of products to the Caribbean, which includes oral and sublingual products. While the first products imported will be sold in Barbados, the products will be commercialized under the Medicinal Cannabis Industry Act 2019-44, which regulates how medical cannabis on the island can be handled.
Avicanna hopes that by distributing in the Caribbean, it will then expand product offerings with additional SKUs from its Canadian products. The company also hopes to expand pharmaceutical preparations from its operation in Colombia.
