Mike Tyson's 'Tyson 2.0' cannabis brand is coming to Michigan this year, and some cities should expect to see the products in dispensaries by next month.
Mike Tyson is back at it again, and this time around, his new cannabis brand Tyson 2.0 is set to launch throughout Michigan within the next few months.
As per Michigan Live, the line obtains its cannabis through an exclusive cultivation partnership with the state’s largest cannabis operator, Common Citizen, whose farm runs operations in Marshall, MI.
Common Citizen’s locations in Detroit, Flint, Battle Creek, and Hazel Park will be the first dispensaries to receive Tyson 2.0 products, which should roll out by the end of March. However, over 200 Michigan cannabis retailers should start selling Tyson 2.0 products by the end of 2022.

In a recent press statement regarding the new launch, Tyson said that delivering the new product line to Michigan through an exclusive partnership with Common Citizen “upholds our promise to share the many wellness benefits of this powerful plant to those who need it most.”
For years, the legendary boxer has attested that weed has made him a better person. For this reason, Tyson made it his mission to “share this gift with fans here in Michigan and across the nation,” but there’s no word on when Tyson 2.0 will launch in other recreationally legal states.
But, for the lucky cannabis consumers in Michigan, you now have the chance to try some of Tyson’s go-to strains like Knockout OG and Pound for Pound Cake. The statement noted that both strains will come in jars of 3.5g and 1-gram pre-rolls.

Michael Elias, CEO of Common Citizen, also said in the statement that his company is thrilled to partner with Tyson and bring the new product line to the masses. He calls this partnership “historic” and says it embodies “Cannabis for Humanity and serves the unique, individual needs of all our customers.”
Elias concluded that Common Citizen is “honored Mr. Tyson” chose the company to bring his “safe, affordable and high-quality cannabis products” to Michigan. For now, you can check out more information on Tyson 2.0 here and shop the line’s new merch here.
