These are really great. The taste is smooth and fruity. I like having them available and easy to carry. I like their calming affects. At first uplifting feeling then you just slowly go into relax mood.

Good flavor and def potent. Directions are for 1 full one, but I find 1/2 is the perfect amount for me. Aftertaste is a little weird if you chew it up, but the quality is otherwise good! Will be getting some more of these
