Better sleep
I am not a very good sleeper and the delta 8 gummy’s after getting the correct dose ( 1/2 gummy ) helped quite a bit. I was using 10mg melatonin every night, but I don’t need it on the nights I use the gummy’s. I noticed I dream more also.
