They taste amazing and make me feel amazing! I don’t feel gross or too high. I can comfortably eat one and feel great. And if I eat them at night I don’t get the grogginess in the morning I typically get from other products.

I've been working on getting more sleep but have the most trouble (like a lot of folks) "turning the noise off in my head" once I'm in bed. I started using these Lumi gummies last year and they are amazing! I highly recommend!
