Great for stressful days and helping sleep!

I really like the flavor and the positive effect on sleep and pain reduction. Taking 1/2 a gummy is the right dose for me as it provides a mild, relaxing high for a few hours (with an onset of about an hour). I take 1/2 each evening and was easily able to give up my unhealthy wine habit.
