So, our industry began looking at the hemp plant and discovered that it contains psychoactive cannabinoids, which fall into a legal loophole and can be shipped to most states even though they’re stronger than Delta-9 THC. See the list below. 

HHC is a cannabinoid derived from the hemp plant. Companies have found ways to isolate this cannabinoid while maintaining its potency and infusing it into various products. 

HHC produces very similar effects as Delta-9 THC. It produces a powerful mental high with physical relaxation, almost exactly the same as Delta-9 THC. 

If you’ve used Delta-9 THC, you’ve used THCA. That’s because THCA is the precursor to Delta-9, meaning it becomes Delta-9 when heated. 

Interestingly, THCA does not produce psychoactive effects without heat. With heat, THCA has the exact same effects as Delta-9 THC. It goes without saying that THCA is very potent since it’s the same as the classic THC cannabinoid. 

Here’s where things start to get exciting. HHC-O is another naturally occurring hemp-derived cannabinoid that’s extracted in a similar fashion as Delta-8 THC. 

However, its effects are similar to Delta-9 THC but stronger. In fact, HHC-O is roughly 1.5x stronger than Delta-9 THC since it’s more bioavailable, and our bodies can absorb it easier.

Another hemp-derived cannabinoid that’s extracted similarly to Delta-8 THC is THC-O. Remember how THCA is the precursor to Delta-9 THC? Well, THC-O is the precursor to Delta-8 THC. 

When THC-O is heated, it delivers effects that are three times stronger than Delta-9 THC. It produces a powerful sense of calm with cerebral effects that consumers have come to adore.

From here, the list of cannabinoids is wickedly potent. So potent that you must consume responsibly, or there could be some negative experiences. 

Meet THC-H, a hemp-derived cannabinoid that’s usually present in new products but in small amounts. That’s because THC-H is nearly 25x more potent than Delta-9 THC. The result is vivid euphoria and deep relaxation with underlying hints of creativity and motivation. 

For a long-lasting head and body high, look to THC-B. This psychoactive cannabinoid is derived from the hemp plant using the same extraction method as Delta-8 THC. 

The major difference is that THC-B is nearly 30x more potent than Delta-9 THC. You read that right. Because this cannabinoid is so strong, companies only include it in small amounts to ensure a positive and safe experience. 

You might recall HHC being almost the same as Delta-9 THC. However, HHC-P is vastly different. It’s still a hemp-derived cannabinoid that’s extracted the same as Delta-8 THC, but its chemical makeup is different. 

HHC-P has an additional two carbon atoms on the same chain as HHC, meaning it’s more bioavailable and easily absorbed by the body. The result is a cannabinoid that’s 30 times stronger than Delta-9 THC, producing an intense high with deep relaxation and cerebral euphoria. 

This brings us to the last and most potent psychoactive cannabinoid on the market. THC-P is derived from the hemp plant and also extracted similarly to Delta-8 THC, but it’s wildly potent.
