Have your cannabis oil ready; a liter is just enough.
Pour the buttermilk into a bowl, stir in some salt and toss in the chicken pieces. To go the extra mile, leave the chicken in this buttermilk mixture overnight to make for a deliciously juicy and tender chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine the spices and a cup or two of flour, making sure that the spices are fragrant and as spicy as you desire.
One at a time, take one piece of chicken from the buttermilk and drop it in the bowl of seasoned flour, tossing until fully coated. Place the coated chicken pieces aside on a place rack.
Begin heating your cannabis oil to about 325°F using a thermometer. Carefully place the chicken into the hot oil for about 12 minutes, turning every few minutes.
Remove when chicken’s internal temperature is is 170°F, place on a rack to cool for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy!
