This guy created the world's most expensive joint, and for a good cause.
The latest news in the cannabis industry is the world’s most expensive joint of all time, coming in at a whopping $24,000.
The mighty 30-inch-long tusk-shaped 1.5-pound joint has been described as “a multi-day endeavor.” We hope so, cause it sure beats the RAW 24″ Challenge Cone that dropped our jaws to the floor. The $24k joint was commissioned by a Los Angeles-based cannabis startup called Stone Road Farms for an auction to support the African Wildlife Foundation.

In a recent report by Forbes, they stated that the joint was rolled by Weavers, a notable artist and joint roller who stepped in when a Hollywood prop designer backed out last minute. The joint not only holds some of the top strains of weed and hash, but it also carries a blunt-paper base and three layers of 24-karat gold Shine rolling papers on its tusk exterior.
“Beyond throwing a party to celebrate our expansion, I wanted to incorporate a social cause element,” Stone Road Farms founder Lex Corwin told Forbes, “so I decided to create a joint in the shape of a giant elephant tusk to signify the detrimental toll the ivory trade takes on wild elephants.”

The joint ended up selling for $4,000 to an investor in Stone Road Farms, which is wildly impressive, seeing that its actual value is $20,000 more than what he bought it for.
“I’m just honored to be donating the proceeds of this event to support AWF’s important work to stop elephant poaching and end the horrific practice of trafficking ivory and other wildlife parts from threatened species,” Corwin concluded.
