Pure SunfarmsPurple Sun God

This is an Indica dominant cross between Purple God Bud (a signature BC bud) and UBC Chemo, developed on the west coast in the 1970s. Purple Sun is bred to possess high percentages of cannabigerol (CBG), an interesting cannabinoid that is of much research interest. A non intoxicating compound, it’s thought to regulate mood thanks to its ability to boost anandamide, the body’s native “bliss” molecule. The strain is hand trimmed, hand groomed, and grown with complete care with the use of cocoa fibre and dried using racks and trays.

On appearance Purple Sun God has seaweed coloured, gigantic, dense buds with white trichomes and stunning light purple hues. The strain’s interesting terpene content creates many sweet satisfying flavours and aromas with tart and citrusy Octimene, peppermint and fennel Alpha-Pinene, and peppery Caryophyllene. Featuring a medium THC potential at 8 to 14% and low CBD amounts at 0 to 2%, this hybrid strain showcases a great energising effect to users.
