The 12 Best Cannabis Products for the Non-Stoner

A list with 12 of the best cannabis products for the non-stoner, a list for those who understand that cannabis goes way beyond being high, for those who understand that cannabis can be a medicine, treatment, and ultimately, a lifestyle… if you want to take it that far of course.

Jump To Section

As our world takes slow but decently sized steps towards a fully legalized future, I can’t but help think about how things used to be back in the day. Hiding behind your house with your friends, trying to light up with out anybody noticing the smoke, and in my case, heading out to the mountains and smoking a doobie under the starry night.

Not that that last part has changed at all, but in general, things have gotten way laxer compared with how it used to be 10 years ago. Now we’ve gotten to a point where I can actually make a living writing about was once an extremely taboo subject, where only people like Jack Herer, Cheech, and Chong were expected to be able to talk about weed openly and not be cast out completely.

Now I can only help but be grateful for the present we live in, but at the same time, this increasingly flexible society we live in has provided me with the tools to understand that not all the goodness in cannabis comes from THC. Not everything that you and I can enjoy and take benefit from is related to being “high”.

And that’s how we’ve gotten to this list. A list for the non-stoner, a list for those who understand that cannabis goes way beyond being high, for those who understand that cannabis can be a medicine, treatment, and ultimately, a lifestyle… if you want to take it that far of course.

I’ll have to start at the obvious place; CBD. This hemp-derived component’s rise to superstardom has come at such a pace within the last decade that it might even be regarded as THE top cannabinoid by many frequent cannabis consumers.

12 of the Best Non-Stoner Cannabis Products you Should Try

Because of its non-psychoactive composition and high CBG content, Botany Farms’ The White CBG flower offers a full-body experience with an immediate onset that is sure to help you unwind and relax at the end of a long day. If you’re an anxious person, then smoking is probably something you enjoy doing just because it gives you something to do with your hands and fingers; that’s where I find much of the added value in this Botany Farms product. It’s still something I can play with in my hands, but still perfect for those days when I just don’t want to feel stoned.

2. Pot d’Huile Hot Sloth CBD Hot Sauce

You might not be into hot sauce at all, but this Pot d’Huile collaborative product could be what changes that stance. Their main goal is to put infused, non-psychoactive gourmet products on your table for everyday use, and if you’re anything like me and my family, then hot sauce is a definite must-have.

Chef Mike Bagale is the founder of Super Food Concepts and along with Pot d’Huile he’s managed to create a tangy flavored profile hot sauce infused with full-spectrum CBD extracted from hemp. So if you were not a fan of spicy flavors, the added benefits of CBD might just be what pushes you over the edge.

3. Potli Premium CBD Raw Honey

Honey has been around for a long time and increasingly getting more and more popular among the healthy food seekers. If you have a sweet tooth or at least enjoy a sweet touch in your tea to get rid of herbal flavors that alone you might not be able to tolerate; man oh’ man, does Potli have an alternative for you.

The self-proclaimed premium purveyor for the modern, cannabinoid-enhanced kitchen pantry steps on stage with an epic pot of honey made with raw, wildflower honey harvested in the San Francisco Bay Area. Each batch of Potli Honey is seasonally unique and as expected from a hemp infused honey, has antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Also good as a part of any micro-dosing routine or as part of your natural honey habits. That is, if that’s even a thing for you, I know it is for me.

4. Beboe High Potency CBD Face Serum

Beboe’s intent was to create a full spectrum CBD face oil with vegan ingredients that will redefine dry skin by repairing elasticity and reducing the appearance of blemishes. The serum comes in 300mg dropper flasks and application is suggested to be between 6 and 7 drops, once in the morning and once at night.

I’m not one to use face serums, as you might have been able to assume by my writer’s profile and perhaps a bit by my writing itself. But this is one that members of my family swear-to as part of their daily skincare routine. And to be honest, Beboe is just one of my favorite cannabis brands out there, from design to product quality, these guys are just doing everything right.

5. Ojai Energetics Full Spectrum Hemp Elixir

A water-soluble organic CBD oil with an extremely fast onset of 30 seconds or less. But the key to this gem was already stated in the first sentence to this review; water solubility.

This means that there’s no need for the sometimes inconvenient sublingual application (although that would mean a faster onset), with Ojai Energetics’ Full-Spectrum CBD tincture you’re able to dilute a few drops in your morning coffee, or perhaps in your office cup to drink throughout the day. Yes, that could mean your drink changes odor or flavor just a bit because of its natural aroma found in moringa and acerola cherry. But I can assure you it won’t be for the worst, as a matter of face, a bit of non-processed sweetness in my morning coffee is enough to put a smile on my face early on.

6. CBDistillery Nighttime CBD Gummies

If you’re a fan of gummies, then you know vegan gummies are truly a sign that we’re living in the future. These guys are making sure that we live that future to the fullest, or rather, sleep it to the fullest.

A 0% THC and lab tested certified formula of CBD isolate and melatonin infused gummies meant for a nighttime hemp supplementation. 30mg of CBD and 1.5mg of melatonin, combined with gluten-free, allergen-free, vegan, and kosher ingredients that is sure to put you to bed with a smile on your face, and with a deliciously fruity flavor in your mouth.

7. Mission Farms Pure CBD Cinnamon Mints

Yeees, yet another edible on the list, but this one (like all on the list) is definitely worth mentioning. Mission Farms uses 10mg of CBD per mint, all packed in an altoid-like tin box that makes it incredibly easy to carry anywhere.

In my specific case, I like to keep a fresh pack of mints on me for any unexpected important meetings during the day. And if those mints carry a dose of CBD, well, sweet! Mission Farms offers these in both Peppermint and Cinnamon flavorings, but I choose to go with cinnamon just because I can’t live without it, but the choice is yours!

8. Strava CBD Coffee

For a long-time, more than enough time if you ask me, cannabis consumers like you and I have been struggling with the inescapable stereotype of the “stoner”. Almost as if being a stoner meant you were an addict. What I have to say to that is; we’re all addicted to something. Whether that something be a behavior, an emotion, an activity, or a substances for some reason makes all the difference in the world. Because here’s on thing that most of us are already addicted to but carries no stigma, luckily of course!

Strava Craft Coffee has managed to produce a Premium CBD Infused Coffee that offers up to 20 mg of CBD per serving, supposing a serving is an 8oz cup. Each bag comes with 500mg of broad spectrum hemp extract and carries 0% THC. As if coffee weren’t good enough already, this bag of  organically-grown 100% Arabica Colombian will enhance your morning coffee routine perfectly by helping you keep  calm, focused, and by easing the discomforts brought on by inflammation.

9. Hemp Bombs CBD Patches for Pain

I for one am not a big fan rubbing creams and lotions on my skin, I just don’t like the feeling of stickiness. But sometimes pain from over-training the body, and let’s be honest, a bad sitting position, can become overwhelming. So overwhelming that I’ll be forced into using some kind of cream.

If you’re at all like me then you’ll be just as excited as I am for the recent innovation in topical patches. Hemp Bombs CBD pain patches are formulated with 50mg of CBD per patch that last up to 12 hours. Patches are a non-sticky version of traditional topicals that doesn’t rub off on your clothes or bed sheets. You just need to apply the patch to the specific area of the body that aches and leave it on as long as you like.

10. Magical Bio-Enhanced CBD Softgels

I have to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of taking pills, not because I have anything against them but because I’m just not disciplined enough to keep a daily routine going for too long. Capsules just feel like something I’ll forget about. Well, that’s not the case with CBD softgels. Perhaps it’s because of my cannabis advocate mentality, or perhaps it’s just because they have done SO much for me.

Magical Bio-enhanced CBD Softgels packages bring a total of 60 units per plastic flask. Each soft gel is infused with 10mg of completely THC-free oil and designed with a formula boasting of unparalleled bioavailability. Capsules or soft gels are a great alternative for people who can adjust to a daily pill routine easily, becoming an alternative that doesn’t need much time to brew, mix, or absorb. Just pop and swallow, which turns out to be a great thing for the hectic life-style.

11. Balance CBD Charlotte's Web

Back to square one, if smoking flower is not your thing then you might have evolved to vaping a while ago. Many have, and many more will, and if this is your case then why not add CBD products to your vape pod stash.

If you know your way around CBD strains, then it’s likely you’ve heard of Charlotte’s Web before, a top dog in the hemp strain variety. Balance CBD offers a disposable pen with 200 mg of hemp derived pure CBD per pen. On a personal level, I quite enjoy smoking pure flower, but vape pens are something I keep handy because of the added convenience of not having to roll a joint and a more discreet smell.

12. Recess Hemp CBD Sparkling Water

Unfortunately coffee is just not enough to keep your thirst quenched throughout the day. Or perhaps it is, but drinking coffee all day every day just doesn’t sound like something one should be doing. In fact, there are some days when I try to stay away from coffee on purpose, let’s call it a tolerance break. When I do, then CBD sparkling water is my go-to.

Recess offers a variety of flavored sparkling waters infused with full-spectrum hemp oil. They have a total of 6 flavors to soothe all palates, including; coconut lime, blood orange, black cherry, peach ginger, pomegranate hibiscus, and blackberry chai. My personal favorites are the black cherry and peach ginger kinds, but they do offer a 6-pack sampler for you to try out, so you don’t have to take my word for it and figure out where you stand on the flavor side.
