My husband has struggled with shoulder pain for several years causing poor sleep habits and pain throughout the night. Since starting the Delta 8 Gummies he has no pain and sleep pattern is much improved! Starting low dose (1/4) to (3/4) gummy is the right dose for his arthritis shoulder pain.
