These work pretty well. It, usually, takes 2-4 to give me a good buzz, but just 1 or 2 can help with sleep. The flavors, though, are pretty bad, and I hate that you can’t pick any flavors, but that’s not really why I buy them. Shipping time isn’t usually too bad, but this time, I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to get here already, so you may want to order these a week or 2 before you need them.
