works good, but you will get immune within time, then again every one is different. but they do work great 👍

i’ll be honest i was worried whether or not these would work and great thing is they didn’t disappoint. there’s some trial and error for me with dosing (a full gummy gave me a sleep hangover but i did sleep really well lol) but that’s not unusual for me. tried a lower dose more recently and it’s been fantastic. now that i’ve had great luck wi impressed

these gummies are a stand-by for me. they work well at helping get to sleep and then staying asleep. the only thing i'm not crazy about is the taste. it's not enough to put me off, but i seem to remember them tasting better way back when i first got them. if not for that, it would be 5 stars from me.

these are my go to that don't knock me out. they just relax me and help my restless legs to allow me to get to sleep. a little slow reacting so just take about 1 hour before sleep.
