i wasn’t sure these would work but they really do. i be knocked in 30 mins to 45 minutes after taking them and it’s a nice buzz on the way out!

slept like a baby
last night was my first time trying these since i hardly sleep due to menopause and i can say that i slept like a baby. woke up a few times but went back to sleep quickly...felt really rested in the morning.

excellent gummies for sleep
i took one around 9:30 pm, then one more at 11 pm and slept very soundly. i experienced a mild buzz as i was falling asleep. there is a mildly pungent, slightly bitter aftertaste but it doesn't overpower the gummie flavor and it is easily washed away with a beverage.

these work consistently well. since i've reached a certain age i've had so much trouble falling asleep. these are appropriately named and give me a great night's sleep.
