i actually bought these by accident, but i was curious enough to go ahead and try them. they do okay. i don't always sleep super well with these, but sometimes i sleep great. my body is very difficult though and so few things help. i'd buy them again though, for days that i can't sleep long.

one gummy will do it for the knight. i wake up two to three times a night to use the restroom. with these i can fall back to sleep a lot quicker, and sleep sounder.
