only thing i found that works
i always struggled with sleeping on a schedule that works for a 9-5 society. these help knock me out within 30-60 min. and i feel more rested in half the time and don't have the sleep inertia issues i have naturally. all that with only half a gummy!

amazingly efficient

i can sleep......reliably
i usually eat no more than 1/2 of a knockout about an hour before bed. i drift off to sleep nicely and sleep the entire night. i am so happy to have this available. the taste isn't great, so i eat it with food. i can sleep!!!! thank - you!!

they work, but don't taste good
i previously used the sleep version, which also work, but i thought i'd try these for a real "knock-out". i'm not sure if they are appreciably more effective, but i am sure they taste much worse. bad aftertaste too.

these are amazing!
i've been looking for something to help me sleep. i've even been on doctor prescribed sleep meds, to no avail. the first time i took one of these, my sleep improved. i fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed! definitely recommend!
