This provides a smooth high that consistently reduces stress and quiets the mind. I find it to be one of my favorites…but who am I kidding?! All of the Lumi gummies are my favorite!

I started using these to cut back on alcohol while still getting a "buzz", and I really like them. They have a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but that can be remedied by eating a cracker right after the gummy.
