Good taste, and has improved my sleep quality. I take 2 when I feel wired at night. About 60 minutes later I start to relax and can think about sleeping.

The sour strawberry is my fav, but this is a solid option.

Love these. They taste great, not that weird chemical taste that some gummies have. And the dose is perfect for a nice chill vibe. I like to pop one after dinner so by the time I have the kids to bed I can really relax and enjoy an hour or two of down time before a really good night of sleep.
