These are fantastic edibles. I typically like low-moderate dosing of 5-10 mg. So I'll do 1/2 - 1 of these depending on circumstances. I prefer a smaller amount (1/2) at night to wind down, and I'll usually eat more during the weekends for a day-time lift.
The thing I love is that these are very uplifting.
