These gummies give a nice mood boost along with a relaxed but not sleepy feeling. My experience with these has been that 1 gummy gives a very subtle high and mood boost, 2 gummies is a more intense experience, I haven't gone up to 3... Yet. I've found these great for days where you want to be relaxed
