On nights when I can't fall asleep on my own I take one of the sleep gummies and within 30 minutes I am fast asleep. I wake up a little foggy but it wears off in a short time.

I was increasing my melatonin over the years as it stopped working. For some reason this combination is the right formula and I’ve used it for years now. One gummy and in an hour I can’t keep my eyes open.
