Proto Rocket

I ordered this knowing it was handmade, US craft, so I ordered and just patiently waited. I have used it as my main carry since it arrived! Thank you!

Ordered July 15 2022, charged immediately. It still hasn't arrived nor have i ever recieved any confirmation of my order.

Awesome craftsmanship. I bought the rocket and love the ease of cleaning. Love have the stash tube. Easily stores enough for the day. This pipe will last many lifetimes.

A lot has been said about these pipes so none of what I have to say is new. I absolutely love the Proto Rocket. It is smoother than another other device/method. Easy to use. Great build quality. Great feel. So incredibly functional. This is honestly the coolest material possession I own 😂. Can’t recommend this product and this business highly enough.

I take my Rocket everywhere, even where I can't possibly use it, just because I like it so much. It came (after a 3-month wait) just before vacation, where it got a huge workout; my husband wound up ditching his pipe in favor of it. Very cool design and very cool smoke.

I got my proto rocket as a birthday gift had to wait a little while but it was worth the wait hits great. It’s my new daily use

I watched a video, read some reviews and was so convinced that I ordered 2. After shipping and conversion to Canadian currency it was about $300. I have used it every day for about a month now and the second one remains unused. Waste of money tbh, constant taste of rubber and cleaning required to avoid clogging the too small intake, poker gets stuck with oil, 5 holes not enough, always fiddling with it instead of smoking, etc... It's just a daily maintenance and cleaning issue compared to screen pipes. Took the top lid off and it's better but that awful rubber taste makes it non useable for me. I regret the purchase and will be going back to what works and has worked, a regular pipe with screens.

I wrote a review a while ago and it never made it here. I will update but long story short it is not user friendly and clunky. I don't even use the one I have.

I had to try my Proto Rocket as soon as it arrived, and I was not disappointed! The compact design still cools the smoke well. The workmanship is nice. It feels good in the hand and there are no sharp edges. It is surprisingly hefty for its size, so it has the mass to cool that long smoke. It is definitely a work of art. Maybe in a 100 years they will be in museums? I have but one suggestion, and since I will probably use pipe cleaners, it is not an issue for me. The instructions state that one can use the poker to push a tissue through the stem to clean it. The poker isn't quite long enough for that. I do see there is room to lengthen the small steel end of the poker about an 1/8 inch. The poker storage hole could be make a little deeper to add 1/4 inch to the poker. This would improve it as a cleaning tool.

Had mine 40+ yrs, inherited from a buddy's mom after he died in a wreck. Good things come to those that wait Matt. Hurry up with that toilet roll and foil, or grab that beer can and poke holes. Get over being butt hurt over having to wait. Damn kids today expect everything right now. Just wait till we crash this country and we go back to animal travel, and survival skills. Some of you whiners gonna suck. Phil, Richard, I always heard that you were an engineer working on the side, and with the coolness of the design, you are. Thanks for a great product and I am ordering a poker. Lost mine 15 yrs. ago. Using a paper clip, works, but it's out of balance. Just glad I can now get one. Cheers my good fellows.
