Will never do business with them. Ordered Protopipe Rocket with all accessories listed. Realize they have an additional cleaning kit. Order that. Charged 100% immediately. Am notified order made in April will arrive late June. Cancel orders immediately. One order ships afterwards. Go through return process. I am responsible for shipping. Am asked if I want main part of order i already cancelled. Cancel again. Issued partial refund. Have to make trip and pay to get full one.

Damn covid if I didn't lose my job would jump on the rocket lol! All these years never knew about the rocket or would have had one before I fell on hard times. Some day maybe. But funny story about the first protopipe I ever bought! Have had my protopipe sin I was 15 / 16. Before i bought mine had like 5 friends that has them and was kind of a joke as everyone who had them would get caught and have them confiscated. I was the the only one who had not. But the joke was they were cursed which I had proved that wrong lmao. So about 7 years ago I bought one for my girlfriend at the time and one day was going out for a bit and mine was clogged needed cleaning so grabbed hers which was maybe a month old and sure enough get pulled over and sure enough cop found it and go figure wasn't even high but gotta love pennsylvania rcvd my first DUI smh. Took some time but (inside joke) curse of the protopipe got me good. Guess maybe cause I always told my friends they were full of shit. But who knows maybe they weren't. Luckily I still have mine that is older then dirt. Lol love that thing only problem I ever had was the pc that holds the canister and poker came off and I had to solder it back on gives her character. Thank you guys for making a killer pipe. Have quite the glass collection but that pipe has seen the most use by far!

Loved the original, but never liked the tar trap design. The Rocket solves that and is now my favorite piece.

I’ve had mine for more than 20 years. I bought 8 and passed them out I loved it so much. I have 2 originals. I was thrilled to see you back and bought the new one without the trap. Love it! Had to customize the lid a little though. Too much over the bowl and the Poker kinda sucked so I just bought the upgraded one. Great story. Great products. Glad I got mine a generation ago, mine were cheaper.
