Works pretty well but clogs up easy and has to be cleaned before almost every use

Relatively easy to use but I’ve gotten better performance from my Utillian V. Still working out the bugs in the Rok but so far I’m not exactly impressed

We have been using it for about a month now. You need to recharge it very often. Always got to be set on the hottest setting to get a good hit. For the price we expected a better product.

Very nice and easy to use. Dirts up fast and is hard to clean.

Even if it's just dab accessories like spoons, trays, n so forth. Maybe even with company's name on them 4 freeish advertising...? I'm currently shopping several different sight n shops for dab rig/collector/n theses electronic rigs...I read all the reviews, checking utube, and researching all I can for best product & company to buy from.

For the price I thought this rig would work much better. Has a very short battery life, must be cleaned quite regularly almost after every use. Won't really do anything on the first two heat settings must always go to the hottest setting and even then you don't get much Vapor. Most every other electric dab rig I've used works better than this one

I like the pipe, but they need to fix the battery life. I spent more time charging it than smoking it ! The battery is a DEFINITE PROBLEM. If you smoke once in a blue moon it’s for you. But if you smoke to alevatiate pain , your smoking the WRONG PIPE. If you enjoy charging very frequently then this is your privilege to waste money on that has to be fixed!
