i have a hard time going to sleep. i like these because if i just take 1/4 of one gummy, i can usually get sleepy in about 20 minutes. flavor is good, too. not harsh like some i've had. with a coupon, these are a great deal. without the coupon i probably couldn't afford them.

i initially tried the daily buzz sour gummies and then wanted to try these as well. i'd say i personally prefer the sour gummies over these, but these are also tasty! i genuinely think it's just a personal preference. these are so good and i love having them on hand.
