these are great; i like to take half of one at night once in awhile when i want to relax and chill. took a full the first time and felt like it was too much so half seems to be a nice medium and i get a great night sleep too. definitely recommend.

i’ve had so much nerve pain with an autoimmune disease… sometimes i can’t think because of the pain… these low dose gummies are a wonderful relief, and make movement and concentration so much easier. i don’t even need to take them everyday, usually three times a week is great for maintenance…
