you can feel it right when it kicks in. you can stay awake, but the whole time your body is saying “it’s time for bed.” usually take one while watching a movie/tv show, and my husband is lucky if he’s not falling asleep by the end of the next episode. only complaint is even though they try with the flavor, you’re definitely chewing the “green. perfect right before bed

not sure if the cbd is really doing any good or not and i don't use every day anyway . the new cap is not a good idea . i had to force it off all of them because it would not unscrew even with downward pressure. not sure i want to mess with that again
