i use the product to help me sleep. taking to gummies dose it for me. i take 1 about 1.5 hours before bed and an another 30 minutes before bed. they allow me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. the issue unrelated to the product is the shipping. my order was placed on november 28 and not received until december 12. ups mail innov so far so good

this was my first time trying these products and i'm impressed. they give you just the right amount of buzz and they will have you feeling good and relaxed. i will most likely purchase again.

the gummies work well. i’ve tried others and these hit the right note. i wish there were less lemon and lime flavored and more cherry. other than that, i’m happy with this product.
