great buzz!
you have to time it just right, have an empty stomach and then eat a small meal about 15 minutes after taking the gummy. real nice buzz, subtle but potent and lasts quite awhile! for me it takes about one hour to an hour and a half and the buzz lasts for a few hours lol. it's more of a chill out and relax, eat then fall asleep buzz. if you want so great buzz!
