best products ever.

i just retired after being in the restaurant business for 50 years. still drinking lots of coffee daily so i needed something to take the edge off and calm my mind when bedtime approaches. i started a few weeks ago taking 1 gummy at 9pm and now i can sleep for a full 8 hours per night without waking up every other hour. great product and great ser what a restful night sleep!

very effective and the taste is good. the blue ones leave your mouth blue for a long time. just fyi
