i have found these gummies to be a bit much for use during the day. took a whole one at first, and ended up pretty much non-functional for the afternoon. its a nice buzz, but it can get a bit intense. i end up watching youtube videos and dealing with the munchies. i have found that 1/4 gummy works just fine for daytime. oh, and it works great, but a bit too strong for daily use.

i absolutely love how i'm actually able to sleep with this gummy. i wake up and do not have headache luring. i also sleep through the whole night, no longer waking up when the sleep aid wears off in 4-6 hours.
