they're ok
i personally don't care for any kind of gummy candy, but these have a higher content than the capsules. i ordered sour to try to help with the nasty texture of the gummy. i don't really feel any difference after taking them, and they haven't really stopped much pain. they're ok for what they are but they don't really work for me.
