i am able to quickly fall asleep, but i often wake up with a headache. i’ve tried taking one gummy-not strong enough and more than that gives me a headache in the morning. if i wake up, it’s hard to go back to sleep. taste is pretty good compared to other brands i’ve tried. i would still recommend to others, it’s just not the best for me.

i gave only 4 stars due to the change of new formula (25 cbd/5 thc). i preferred the 50 cbd/5 thc. please bring back the old formula.

i initially bought these full spectrum gummies for sleep. they worked ok but imho they're not intended for sleep, rather for when you're awake and want a buzz lift. i have since gone to the blue labeled indica gummies intended for sleep and sleep you will!
